A small studio built around senior product judgement: research, strategy, pricing and delivery, covered end to end. Led by nearly twenty years across dating, egaming, private banking and regtech, backed by a small studio of specialists brought in as projects need them.
Product strategies grounded in evidence, not gut feel.
Funnels designed to convert.
Targeted retention, avoiding unnecessary churn.
Genuine engagement over vanity metrics.
We've spent nearly twenty years building digital products across online dating, egaming, private banking and regtech, including a SaaS platform we built and priced from nothing to paying customers.
Day to day, that means drawing on whatever research fits the question: market and competitor analysis, user interviews, heatmapping, funnel and BI analytics, qualitative or quantitative.
Regulated industries and fast-moving consumer products don't often overlap, so we've picked up a fairly rare comfort with both pricing decisions and compliance requirements.
AI is part of the daily toolkit, used for research, prototyping and documentation, which keeps engagements quicker to run and cheaper to commission.
Symptoms are easy to spot and expensive to keep chasing. Getting to the actual cause is what makes a fix stick, and pays back faster than firefighting.
The right order compounds. Get the foundation right first and every change that follows earns more, faster.
Research, prototyping and documentation happen in days, not weeks, without cutting corners on the thinking.
Clear documentation and reasoning, so the decisions still make sense long after the engagement ends.
Brought in to lead product for a platform scaling from 45.6m to 200m monthly active users, we found cancellations weren't really a pricing problem: the data showed churn concentrated among users who'd never understood what they were paying for, not price-sensitive ones. We rebuilt onboarding and core interaction flows first, then reworked the cancellation journey itself once engagement was stronger. New subscription tiers layered on top of that healthier foundation generated the revenue and ARPPU gains above.
The original pay-as-you-go pricing was quietly undermining the business: revenue was unpredictable, and sales conversations kept stalling on cost. We led a full pricing architecture redesign, moving to an annual per-entity commitment with an upfront platform licence, and introduced managed onboarding to remove the friction slowing deals down. Designing pricing, onboarding and commercial terms together took the platform from zero to £30k in contracted revenue.
Hosting thousands of independently branded communities meant a wide compliance surface. We took direct ownership of trust, safety and compliance requirements, rather than leaving them as a legal hand-off applied to features after the fact, drawing on regulated-industry grounding from private banking so that safety strengthened user trust rather than adding friction.
No pitch deck, no sales process, just a short call to see if there's a fit.
